Gunjan Solanki: Managing Partner Training Gunjan, Managing Partner - Training, is an enthusiastic and driven trainer, equipped in managing all aspects of behavioral skills. She is capable of mentoring a diverse group of multi-ethnic professionals & building effective working relationships across geographic & cultural boundaries. Gunjan is an Mphil. in Organisational Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. She pursued her Masters in Sociology from Delhi and her Bachelors in Economics from St. Xaviers college, Mumbai. She has also done a course in Instructional designing from Symbiosis.

She started her career 8 years ago with training in the social sector for the Ministry of HRD where she headed a team to develop national level training modules in the area of child care. She then moved into corporate training in behavioural skills and content development, and worked as a consultant for a few leading companies like Accenture, IBM, Tesco, SAP, Wipro, AXA, McAfee, Symphony Marketing Services, Oracle, Airbus, Titan Industries etc.

Gunjan specializes in covering a variety of topics in behavioral skills like communications, Business etiquettes, Customer Service, presentation Skills, motivation, tem building, cross cultural training, time management, lateral thinking, stress management, leadership skills etc. She conducts both inbound and outbound training and also holds sessions in Technical Writing and Instructional Designing.
