  1. Each skill will be explained to participants in detail. Facilitator/s will initiate discussion on the same.
  2. The concept is supported with real life examples to familiarize the participants with the skill.
  3. Techniques used in each skill are assembled and structured in a simplified format for easy understanding.
  4. Best practices will bring participants more close to the desired outcome.
  5. The excitement of role play / workbook exercises - where facilitator/s will record the progress and address accordingly.
  6. All through these sessions participants play an active rather than passive role.
